Guide for Authors

The papers must be original and high-quality to merit publication. A paper may be sent to be published in CMDE only if it had not been published in another journal neither had been it submitted to any other journal simultaneity.  Manuscripts should contain a short abstract, 2010 subject classifications (AMS classification), key words and author(s)' affiliations(s) including the e-mail address(es). Authors are encouraged to use TeX typesetting software to prepare their papers. The LaTeX macro package is especially recommended 



Bibliographical references should be complete. The references should be in alphabetic order. All references in the bibliography should be cited in the text.


Figures must be of publication quality. After acceptance, you will need to submit the original source files in vector graphics format for all diagrams in your manuscript: vector EPS or vector PDF files are the most useful.  Every figure must have a caption, which should be typed above the figure.


 should be numbered with roman numerals in the order of appearance. Every table must have a caption, which should be typed above the table.


There is no page charge. The first author will receive a final PDF file.

Online First

The article will be published online after receipt of the corrected proofs. After release of the printed version, the paper can also be cited by issue and page numbers.


Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to complete a "Journal Publishing Agreement".  An e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author confirming the receipt of the manuscript together with a "Journal Publishing Agreement" form or a link to the online version of this agreement.
