Journal Article 2019 09 04 In this work, we employ a combination of variational iteration method (VIM) and Pad´e approximation method, called the VIM-Pad´e technique, to solve some nonlinear initial value problems and a delay differential equation (DDE). Some examples are provided to illustrate the capability and reliability of the technique. The obtained results by using the VIM are compared to the results of this technique.
